The water was clean and freezing; it felt colder than the time I did a pure ice bath last year with a Wim Hof group. The circulation jets on this cold plunge prevent warm water from accumulating near your skin automatically, so it will be as always be as cold as you want it to be. Installation was a breeze with two people and fit through a small patio door and it was easy to navigate up two flights of narrow L and U shaped staircases.

Best decision ever

I contemplated getting a Plunge for awhile and finally bought this one about 3 months ago. First, I saved about $1000 which was awesome. I've used it everyday gradually increasing my time each session. I can tell you I can't think of any routine I've done in the last few years that leaves me feeling better than after a plunge. The plunge works a like a champ.

Awesome Plunge

Have been using my Plunge for about 3 weeks now. So far everything is working great. Just watch your water level. I had a lot splash out the first time I filled it too high. I crank it down every morning about 30 minutes before my session and it gets down to temperature quickly. Works awesome.!
