The PROSAUNAS Self-Closing Solid Wood Sauna Door is a premium, prehung sauna door designed for precision installation, durability, and superior insulation performance. Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this door combines solid wood construction with modern thermal efficiency to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of your sauna.

Each door is expertly hand built from solid Douglas Fir at the PROSAUNAS Sauna Craft Center in Minnesota by skilled artisans and carefully inspected to meet exacting quality standards. The door is prehung on a sturdy Hemlock jamb and header, selected for its strength, stability, and long-term durability.

A large dual-pane, tempered clear glass window allows natural light to fill the sauna while providing excellent insulation. The LoE argon-filled glass minimizes heat transfer, helping maintain consistent temperatures and creating a comfortable sauna environment. The expansive glass panel enhances the sense of openness and elevates the overall sauna ambiance.

For added safety and convenience, the door features self-closing, matte black steel hinges and an outward-swinging design. Hinges are available in either left- or right-hand orientation to suit your layout. Elegant vertical door handles—stainless steel on the exterior and Thermo-Aspen wood on the interior—provide comfortable, reliable operation. This model is available in multiple sizes, including ADA-compliant options.

Note: For exterior installations, the door must be fully treated on all sides and edges to protect against weather exposure and ensure optimal performance.
