The water was clean and freezing; it felt colder than the time I did a pure ice bath last year with a Wim Hof group. The circulation jets on this cold plunge prevent warm water from accumulating near your skin automatically, so it will be as always be as cold as you want it to be. Installation was a breeze with two people and fit through a small patio door and it was easy to navigate up two flights of narrow L and U shaped staircases.

The sauna is wonderful but it was a bit of a struggle to assemble. The clips on the first three assembly sides wouldn’t secure completely and we had to use a dead blow to get them aligned. Once the three sides were connected, the rest was easy. Love it!

This sauna was everything I could have asked for. The delivery was extremely fast for an item like this 5 days from purchase date. Simple to put together. I did it myself, it's not hard. And it works fantastically. Turn it on. 15 mins later, your ready to sweat.

I have had this sauna for almost 2 years now and feel like it's a good time to give a review. I use it 2-3 times a week. It maxes out at 150 degrees or something like that. I set it for precisely 144 degrees because my guardian angel said too. It's a good temp. It takes about 30 minutes to get that hot. I do 20 minute sessions and then get in a tub of freezing cold water. You can too. You'll love it. This unit is suitable for 1 person and perhaps a small dog. It's not super hot on your legs and there was air flow I didn't like coming through the door so I added some weather stripping to one side. Simple fix and it worked. That said, it is a well built sauna. The best part of this unit is that it plugs into a wall outlet. No dedicated circuit required. My lamps dim a bit when its on but that's it. Super slick. I have recommended this sauna to friends and I recommend it to you.
