Rainier saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years from the date of receipt. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, natural weather conditions, misuse, and neglect. It is a parts-only warranty and does not cover service or labor costs.
