What is your returns policy?

At wcsaunas.com, we aim to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Most returns will require the customer to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee, as our returns policies vary depending on the manufacturer. What are the shipping options?

We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states on orders over $75. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional fees. For shipping inquiries outside the lower 48 states, please contact us at info@wcsaunas.com.

Order containing only sauna stones are subject to a charge of $1/lbs.

International Orders

Currently, wcsaunas.com does not serve customers outside the U.S. directly through our website. However, we're open to exploring how we can accommodate your needs. Please reach out to us at info@wcsaunas.com for international inquiries.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. We also conduct a phone call to confirm delivery requirements for our large items before processing. Keep in mind, delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

What should I do if I never received my order or if it's defective?

Upon shipping, you'll receive freight tracking information. It's crucial to answer phone calls from the freight company to schedule your delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. For visible damage or large holes upon delivery, we advise not accepting the item from the freight company. How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

To modify your order, please do so within 2 business days or during our verification call for freight shipping/curbside delivery policies. Contact us promptly to ensure your order is adjusted according to your preferences.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our saunas are primarily made from reforested Canadian hemlock or cedar, emphasizing sustainability and quality in every product.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Given the wide range of products and specifications, we recommend contacting us via email, phone, or live chat for personalized assistance in selecting the perfect sauna to meet your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Amex, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Meta Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa. How do I track my order?

After your order has been fulfilled and dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

How do you pack your items to ensure safe transport?

Our items are securely packed on pallets/crates for assembly and delivered via LTL Freight truck as a curbside delivery. Select items may qualify for white glove delivery, including installation. For white glove service inquiries, please contact us.

How do I know my payment has been received?

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments (Stripe). Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation, ensuring you're informed every step of the way.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as the order is sent to our warehouse team. If you are ordering an item with a longer lead time, a custom unit, or have a commercial order, please contact our team about unique payment arrangements.
