Delivery truck left it out by the road which is a main highway. It was easy to set up and worked great and we loved it, For 2 weeks . Now it doesn’t work. We called the company, they are sending us a part so that WE can try to fix our brand new sauna.Update ;The part they sent didn’t work so now I have a very expensive brand new sauna that worked for 2 weeks now it’s dead and idk what to do with it.

I have had this sauna for almost 2 years now and feel like it's a good time to give a review. I use it 2-3 times a week. It maxes out at 150 degrees or something like that. I set it for precisely 144 degrees because my guardian angel said too. It's a good temp. It takes about 30 minutes to get that hot. I do 20 minute sessions and then get in a tub of freezing cold water. You can too. You'll love it. This unit is suitable for 1 person and perhaps a small dog. It's not super hot on your legs and there was air flow I didn't like coming through the door so I added some weather stripping to one side. Simple fix and it worked. That said, it is a well built sauna. The best part of this unit is that it plugs into a wall outlet. No dedicated circuit required. My lamps dim a bit when its on but that's it. Super slick. I have recommended this sauna to friends and I recommend it to you.

I had two problems with this sauna: one latch to hold the sauna together didn’t fit and the bench heating panel appeared to not be working.The Seller: Spreetail could not hep but referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was very quick to help me resolve these minor problems. With these problems, I could still use the sauna. My family and I are very happy with this sauna. I am still waiting to receive the latch from the manufacturer. The beach heating panel does work after all, just to a lower degree than the side heating panels. I rate this product 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently purchased this for indoor use. Delivery was great. The unit came in one bulk package. It took me and anther person a few trips to bring it inside in pieces which was no big deal. The actual install was not difficult, but the pieces did not fit together perfectly. I had to use a soft mallet to seat the side pieces into place properly. During use it will take a long time to heat to max of 150 degrees, close to a full hour. I find the sauna looses alot of heat at the door seal. Also the floor heater and rear seat heater are not very hot. Not sure if it a faulty product or designed that way. The overall quality is good and have had no issues yet. I was it assembled easier and had better directions. I will probably use wood caulk around the exterior seems to help the unit be more efficient. The speakers are low quality and have a low hum sound when in use.

The sauna was pretty easy to install. Love that the individual screw packages were labeled. It works like a dream! It heats up to 151 in about 15 minutes. I don't dare lean against the pack or sides because I think that's where the heat comes out. Somewhere to lean while you sit would be nice. It's not really built for 2 people. My husband is 6' and I'm 5'10". We are both slender. We could both sit in there, but we would be touching and wouldn't have any room to move around to wipe off the sweat. We haven't used the bluetooth speaker yet, but that will be nice when we download some audiobooks. We would highly recommend!
