Shipping

Your sauna will ship out of our warehouse within the next 2 business days. You will be receiving the tracking information once the sauna leaves our warehouse.

You will be receiving a phone call from the freight carrier to set a delivery day and time 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery. Delivery is normally within a 4 hour window and every effort will be made to ensure any delivery issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping.

The sauna will be delivered in 1 box for 1-2 person models or multiple boxes for larger units. All boxes will be strapped vertically to a pallet. Our saunas are delivered in a 53ft semi-truck. The single driver will unload the pallet ONLY to your curbside or end of your driveway.

Once the driver has unloaded the pallet, we ask that you immediately inspect the box(s) for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. Refuse delivery if you should see a large hole anywhere (most likely damage made by freight carrier forklifts).

All products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. How will this sauna be shipped?

How do I get the sauna inside my house?

The sauna will arrive in a few boxes but all our boxes are made to fit through standard-sized doorways (80" x 36"). Reference our Sauna Unpacking Video so you know what to expect.

Am I able to return the Sauna?

Is it complicated to assemble the sauna?

The vast majority of our customers report the assembley process to be easy and straight forward. While assembly does require a minimum of 2 people, generally speaking, most two person saunas can be assembled within 90 minutes. However, larger saunas include more pieces and do take more time. For your reference, we've provided several videos to display the sauna installation process.

Love it!

The sauna is wonderful but it was a bit of a struggle to assemble. The clips on the first three assembly sides wouldn’t secure completely and we had to use a dead blow to get them aligned. Once the three sides were connected, the rest was easy. Love it!

Great quality, easy to assemble, heats up fast. Very happy with out purchase!

Were very happy with our new sauna. It took an hour to assemble. I was figuring much worse, but the panels are basically whole and just snap together. Great infrared heating. Heated up to 125 degrees in less than 20 min. Stereo works great. LED lighting with remote for interior. For the price I think this is a great unit, and the corner model has a smaller footprint. Cant go wrong. Would definitely recommend.
